Hi nat29 can i advice you to go to nhs12 week diet,, the name is deceiving it doesn't mean you have to lose all your weight in 12 weeks. I used it to get me started i didn't stick to every part of it, i took what i needed especially the bmi calculator some recipes and the myfitnesspal app i also joined the weight loss forum and i can guarantee you will get lots of help and advice also a free monday weigh in. I hope this advice helps I've lost over 3 st in the last year and I'm unable to exercise due to health problems👍👍
