Thought I would share this article about these body-positive yoga practitioners:
Was a really great read about staying healthy and positive and enjoying your body at any size. Made me smile! Yoga seems like a really great step for anyone wanting to feel better, either physically or mentally because you can start at literally any level and build up very slowly.
Am wondering if anyone has tried this out at all, or if not, what's holding you back? Would be great to hear from you!
