Tomorrow is the first holiday since my mom passed. I’ve been doing ok…but am just sad tonight. She was the glue that kept us altogether and her presence is greatly missed.

Happy Easter everyone!

There is joy after the darkness!

Holidays do make you miss your loved ones more don’t they.

My youngest son said to me just the other day, we used to have big family gatherings at Easter didn’t we, they were good. Not the same now my sister has gone. I tried to keep it going but just don’t think I’ve got the energy or enthusiasm now. Really happy memories though & im so fortunate to have many.

Hang on to your memories Dutch girl & smile
