im on a few pages chloe but this one is the one that can really connect people.if im on any other pages and someone posts about a loss I always send them a message about this page.i know a loss can bring anxiety/depression but I like to let people know they have added support in us.yeah thanks to everyone really who offers support when its needed.

Another distraction is helping someone with a problem. I constantly realise how lucky i am and how much more other so suffer. I still hear my mum say "We don't know how lucky we are.

We also have much to that you for C40. For your inspiration and insightfulness.
