Been there done that (oh yeah, and paid it off too!). But, yes, I remember the pain

This is the 7th year of form filling and the B***** admins are just as unhelpful as always, forms are as ridiculous as always and admins are, quite frankly, rather dim.

Oh, that looks as if I have spent 7 years on the same form. Feels like it!
