VickiOliver it won’t let me attach a photo in dm. Oh well. But this was my past wkd. All of these days started around 11am with the exception of flying in. I plan two activities at most for the day, usually the one being literally 30 mins or less. We bed by 10-11pm the latest. We make sure to eat greens with every meal since we’re eating out too. Monday’s schedule was literally lunch and then the air zoo, then hotel/dinner as we were pretty worn from days prior. I hope this helps/ what you were looking for.
