Hi guys I'm new here.i was diagnosed 27yrs ago...has anyone experienced anaphylaxis?

Yes, I have had 2 anaphylactoid reactions ( no cause found ).

Hi there, yes I have had one anaphylaxis to Hazlenuts. I have an epipen now.

The reaction involved a narrowing of my airways, losing my ability to talk and struggling to get enough air. My lips were also swollen.

I get occasional impacts - it's usually after eating certain fish (eg red snapper). Plus horrendous inflammation from certain nuts and certain oils. Changing diet helps: No meat, dairy, citrus or processed foods, extra Virgin or organic coconut oils, plus limit or eliminate dairy from the diet - these all build uric acid in the system which serves to depress the immune system. You might want to look at Dr Sebi's healthy eating system which you can find online. Since changing my eating regime I've been in remission - much easier when eating at home though! I'm now off all tablets apart from occasional pain killers. Result. Good luck.
