Hello, I've given up with the prescription creams and changed to coconut oil with lavender oil to moisturise and using raw, organic cold pressed soap ( Savon stories is the brand I am using). And I'm getting my partner to exfoliate my body with this soap and I'm nearly spot free! I don't take any medication apart from a mouth wash as I'm breastfeeding but this is really working for me. Oh, and if I see a spot coming, sounds weird but I read somewhere that's Vicks vaporub helps so I rub that in too.

Hi there,

My daughter suffers from multiple food allergies and has found that using coconut oil and milk in cooking has helped her maintain a reasonable diet. She is a marvellous cook and has found quite a few substitutes to lactose, wheat and the other allergens. As far as I know, she has not used coconut butter topically for her excema.

I use it topically and eat it daily as well. My immune system is strong, my skin looks great, and I feel great. I recommend it to all.

As in how? I've used it on my ulcers yes. I've found that it helps. What are you looking to use it for.

Not what you're looking for?
