I have a weird sensation of my feet being wet ... - Behçet's UK
I have a weird sensation of my feet being wet even when they're dry. Anyone else or just me?
No you're not on your own, I get the same thing. I mentioned it to my consultant last time I went to the Behçet's clinic but he wasn't overly concerned. He thinks it might be something to do with nerve damage. I get the wet feeling in my left arm and it drives me mad, I also get electric type shocks running up from my feet.
I don't get the wet feeling but I get really bad pins and needles especially when my ankle is inflamed! That must be really annoying so I hope you find something that helps! X
I get the feeling that my feet and lower legs are in some sort of icy boots. They feel frozen cold, but if I touch them they are the normal temperature! I have been told that it is due to poor circulation, but I am not sure that is the real reason.
Poor circulation can cause this feeling. I recently had to have a stent put in my aorta just at my liliac arteries. My circulation has inproved and I dont get that could feeling frozen feeling in my legs anymore. Might want to ask for a ct with contrast scan to rule out any underlying conditions. My diagnosis is due to PAD and atherosclerosis. If you have a sedentary life like me and smoked then this condition can creep up on you like it did me. Im only 46. Ive recently stopped smoking and once I'm cleared for exercise in going to start working out. The reason I found out what I have is due to it all started this year. I could walk a few feet/yards and have to stop to let the circulation catch up to my legs. It felt like I ran a marathon just walking that short of distance. It became such an annoyance I went to see a doctor. After doing some research my findings was correct and I was prepared for what my doctor had to say after some tests. Please go get checked. If you have what I have you are risking your legs health or possibly loose them.
Yes I get that same sensations I thought I was only one that feels like that wow
I was told it could be diabetes or damaged nerve neuropathy . I blame my dogs for peeing on carpet, but it’s my feet.
Hey!same thing here and I'm just 14 y/o but at this moment I've got really curious about what does am I doing to my foot...then why?could you tell me?
