Fissure piles hemorrhoids??

Its quite longtime I suffer from a fissure piles or hemorrhoids I am not sure what it is. It gives me some bleeding once in a while. What do you think is it?

It does look like haemorrhoids, it’s good you have a doctors appointment.

Yes I went doctor checked the area and gave me a cream and suppositories hopefully they will help
