I am afraid this is not possible. Chlamydia can only be acquired through sexual contact. Has your partner taken a test himself ?

When you said " with no other guy " do you mean you had never been sexually active with anyone ever except for your fiancee ?

no he hasn’t & I mean out of the time we’ve been together I’ve never stepped out on him

Ok but if you or him had ever been previously sexually active, it is possible you may have an infection from a previous relationship , without symptoms.

With any test there are false positive and false negative results possible. If he tests and he is also positive, it makes this unlikely to be a false negative result. It is important even if he tests negative that he still receive antibiotic therapy.

Chlamydia can be found in the lining of the waterworks passage ( hence why it is a cause of urethritis ) and also in the vaginal fluid. Testing in men is on a urine sample , in women a vaginal swab .
