Combined pill and period

Hi, I’m on a combined pill and I am on the 6th day of the 7 day window where I’m off it, yet there is no sign of my period. I’ve been on my pill for around 7 months and this is the first time that it hasn’t came. Should I be concerned?

Simply - no . If you have been taking your pill correctly and not missing pills ( and therefore no chance of pregnancy ) this is fine. More common with some pills , like ones containing norethisterone.
