Finished combined pill pack early - is this risky?

Hi, I’ve been super busy at work and must have missed the occasional pill from my 21 day pill packet last month (never missed more than 2 pill and I think only happened twice), but 4 days before I was due to finish the pack I started bleeding so I decided to just finished my pack then and allow my 7 day bleed to continue from that point on. I started my new pack a few days ago (7 days after last pill) and had sex twice during this period after I had finished bleeding. Should I be concerned? I’m suddenly ridiculously anxious I’ve been ridiculously stupid, but also reminding myself how slim the chances are of a pregnancy. Thanks I’m advance for your answers

if you have missed more than one pill in a row, then you may be at risk of unplanned pregnancy. You need to do a pregnancy test in 3 weeks, and in the interim take the pills reliably, or switch to a different form of contraception
