hello, I took two extra pills along with the normal 21 days pills when I need to pause for 7 days. Can I pause now after I took the pill for two extra days? Will I still be protected if I pause for 7 days now?

So that I'm clear what you've done- instead of taking a pill-free break after 21 days on the pill, you extended it by an extra two days so that you were on the pill for 23 days. You now want to know if it is OK to take a pill-free break for seven days?

If this is correct, then YES, you can take a seven day break and re-start a new pack of pills afterwards.

Yes, you will be protected. The only issue is that you may experience a withdrawal bleed, which may be off-putting for some couples intending to have sex during this period.
