Switching pill - periods

I’ve recently changed from POP to combined pill. (Used the POP for approx 6 years) I’ve taken my first packet and I am on day 3 of the break however have not yet had a period. Is this normal when switching pills? Thanks

If you've taken the pill every day in the packet this shouldn't be a concern, probably due to changing over from the POP. Have you been sick at all or been on any antibiotics?

For me personally my bleed starts on day 4 after finishing a packet. Think will be the same for you next month.

Hi no I haven’t been sick or been on any antibiotics. I am getting cramps and pains as if it’s happening but still no actual sign. I think you are right. Thank you

this can be quite normal, especially with norethisterone containing pills.
