I can't sleep

Please help, I lie down at night to sleep and I can't sleep unless I eat even after eating earlier, what could be my problem?

This doesn't sound like a medical condition. It could be a pattern of learned behavior , from childhood. Anxiety and depression can interfere with sleep patterns . medication. There is a wide variety of potential causes.

This may seem crazy, but I didn’t have many issues getting to sleep, it was staying asleep, if I woke up 2 hours after I had initially nodded off I would be up for the rest of the night. I had an issue of grinding my teeth in my sleep which was making my teeth and gums sore, it was suggested to me by someone online that I should buy a dummy for adults, when you are desperate you will try anything. It has made a huge difference, it often falls out of my mouth, but if I wake up and put it back in, I usually fall back to sleep, my teeth grinding doesn’t seem to be a problem anymore as I no longer have sore teeth and gums

Your dentist can supply you with a special shield to prevent you grinding your teeth, when fitted properly it shouldn't become disloged.
