Hiya, so I have been feeling really sick, tired and I can’t stand on my feet for to long. What could this mean?

You were trying to get pregnant, have you done a pregnancy test recently ?

Yeah I done it about a week ago and it came back negative

May be iron deficiency.

Should I take tablets? Like vitamins? I also have really bad pain in my left side of my back more near to the top but not my shoulder just under it

These kind of symptoms really need a medical assessment. You should be trying to get an appointment with your GP, or a rapid access service.
