I would like to know what to do from now

I haven’t had sex in months (December 19- January 10) any where around those dates and once. I only say that to say this. I just realized the scar that’s being shown now recently as today. I don’t know if this is an std or a rash from the soap I’ve been using. I wouldn’t say I’m scared because I’m very cautious would like an opinion about it. Please and thanks!

It is hard to make out from the picture, but this might be a herpes simplex outbreak . You should attend a sexual health service for assessment .
