Red bump on my penis. What could it be?

I tested for positive for HSV1, and negative for HSV2 on 17th of January 2019.

I received oral sex on 23rd of January 2019.

The red bump appeared on my penis on 26th January 2019, and it is still there to this day.

Please see attached image and let me know what could it be?
