HELP ME

So I’ve had lower abdominal pain for the last few days and occasionally I get an extremely sharp severe pain shooting up my stomach and also down to my bum. Does anyone know what this could be?

Sort of the same thing happens to me it sucksss. Have u possibly got an infection? Ive recently been diagnosed with bv & i get shocking abdominal pain, almost like a period cramp (sometimes worse) there is also like an aching pain going down towards my butt erea but it not my butt, its like my inner part of my leg. & i dont know if anyone else expecriances the same as me, but i have these lump things on the side of my vagina, the doc said its nothing to worry much about but im deep down anxious as hell cause they never showed until i tested postitive for chlamydia. The best u could do is go see your doc. I know how frustrating this all is, its a f***ing nightmare for me. All the best though xx
