Combined pill

First time used combined pill, I had the contraceptive implant before. On now on the 4th week where I’m meant to have a perioud type blend but it’s been 3 days into it and nothing, should I Be worried or is this normal after not bleeding for a long time?

Its normal i take my pill three months then a week break and and takes 4 days before a bleed.

Ok thank you so much, In the end I ended up bleeding
