Feeling left to suffer

Hi I have a condition called Arachnoiditas which leaves me with severe pain and numbness down the left side. I also have a neuro bowel and bladder. I received injections in my spine which gave me some relief on top of the medication I take. The pain clinic in my area has now been closed and replaced by a six week course on coping stragtagies, hobbies, etc. It is not even a talking group but you sit and listen for ninety minutes, which is a hard task to do, for myself and the others which are there. Is there anything I can do? I feel that the pain is not managed and my morphine has gone up again, it is hard to balance your pain against quality of life. I feel frustrated and at forty one and fifteen years of suffering I have been left to suffer.
