Little lumps or skin tags

I have some type of lump or skin tags inside my vigina Im sure they werent there before but im not sure what they are and scared there something bad anyone help

well I had thrush once and noticed white bumps in my vagina similar to the ones you get in your mouth, it may be thrush but I advise you to go to your gp or nearest sexual health clinic
