The same as if he was a guy who has been with women. Try striking up a relationship with him. His sexuality/experience may - or may not - mean that the relationship develops how you hope. But, hey, this is true for all relationships... much of the experience is finding out... Be cautiously hopeful! Good luck.

Excuse me for the following rant but it is only an opinon:

The bond of love and affection when two people are in a relationship is deceptively never total and never absolutely 100% as one because one can never truely know another and like atoms,the union is never eternal and forever. even one who desires to know themself can not be achieved because the person is within the sphere of the self and therefore is never 100% able to perceive themself objectively.i.e.a person is a part of the circle and thus unable to see the whole circumference.change creates stability.life and love has a tiny aspect of chance(or luck!).what joy though is this little mystery to know
