You need to visit a Sexual Health / GUM clinic. Find your nearest at bashh.org and search for clinic.

You definitely need to see a specialist sexual health team about this as could be caused by a wide range of things (some sexually acquired and some not).
I agree with they previous replies, u may have an std, run to health clinic.
