Shoulders, arms and hands

I have been experiencing pain in those 3 areas and I know that things are getting worse. My mobility is affected and I need strength in my shoulders, arms and hands to use my walking sticks. Today I could not stand without a great deal of help by my partner. it was incredibly painful and took me an age to walk a few yards. What can I do to help myself.

I'm not sure you're posting in the right forum. You don't mention anything about a sexual health problem.

If you're experience pain and mobility problems then you should visit your GP.
