Red lines and patches on tummy?

Hi, I hope I’ve come to the right place and hope someone can help. I’m 11 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden I’m very itchy everywhere and around my hips and stomach I have red patches along with lots and lots… my stomach is covered or tiny red lines. Have I got a skin problem, spider veins or stretch marks? But so early on? Not going to lie.. like everything in this pregnancy it’s worrying me! Thank you

i ham having the same itchy feeling all over and it's wirrrying me toon! i'm assuming it's the whole body just stretching and growing a bit but it seems a bit early as we aren't growing that much yet! i'd love to know if it's normal too!
