Timer?

Has anybody used timer to increase concentration from 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 minute and then one hour?

How did you use it - homeschooling?

It can work but environment is more important. I as a kid could work well for hours if it was the right environment but if there is a constant noise that is distracting i any way good luck getting constant work for 5 minutes
