No one wants to play with my grandson

Need help, my grandson is 6 has been diagnosed ADHD and full function autism. He expresses love but I can’t take him out because he starts to curse and hit or put his hands on children. I’m afraid he will hurt someone, he’s big for his age He was yelled, spanked and verbally put down. Fortunately all of that is under control now. Does anyone know if screaming , verbally put down, spanking causes or has a affect on him and repeating how and he is just doing the same

I’m sorry to hear nobody wants to play with your grandson. I tend to agree with Foggy123 that a support group for parents/grandparents with autistic children would be better. Some autism organizations offer support groups for parents/grandparents. You may want to see if there is anything in your area.
