I don't know any solicitor that will challenge the NHS.The social worker in regards to safeguarding was called but didn't want to question the Dr.

He is not at school

in reply toSorber

seek another doctor's opinion

- get second opinion

Hi Sorber,

Ask for a third Dr's opinion, contact citizens advice bureau (CAB), National Autistic society (NAS) search for advocacy in your area and request a senior social worker be involved. Speak to your local MP as they can help. Look up any disability services in the area, they can be there for both you and your son. Call some solicitors and explain the situation, many have a free consultation.

I do not know if this is something that would be of interest to you but, I have signed several petitions on change.org regarding peoples children being removed to ICU and then the parents finding it really hard to get their children back into the community where the parents have won. You could Google them to see how they achieved this.
