Hello how are you , keeping well 😊 my son is 26years old , his refusing to do anything eg he spent his time in his room , wants everything in his hand part from lunch and dinner comes downstairs. Everyday he ask me what shall we do , I give 2 or 3 choices then he tells me its boring with parents, he doesn't have any friends. Please advise thank you

My heart goes out to you my son is 38 and I know exactly how you feel He doesn't live with us but is so dependent on us to do things and go places All I can say is make home life as cosy as possible just simple pleasures favourite foods TV programmes little trips out
