hello i'm new on here and desperate for help.

My little brother is 18 going on 19 and since the lock down he has started self harming again, he currently lives in temporary accommodation with my mum and brother but they've been moved 3 times prior to this and it has really affected him, he is also now about to transition to a new school for the first time and I'm worried this will make things even worse. We've tried speaking to the council and his gp but it seems that they can't help him his school has also written letters but nothings been done I'm not sure what else to do.

any advice is welcome

I use to self harm but I started working on a farm & as I couldn't risk cutting myself on the farm due to bacteria problems I started using bramble to sting my skin rather than cut my skin it gives the same relief just without scars

Hello Alicia! I know that this option is not for everyone, but I am autistic and CBD oil has helped me enormously with self-harm and anxiety through the years, and has really helped me keep it together during lockdown. If your brother and mother are comfortable with it, I would highly recommend it.
