Neurofeedback

Hi. Does anyone have experience with neurofeedback? There doesn't' seem to be a lot of information or evidence about its efficacy. Insurance does not cover it, but it was suggested as a form of therapy for a young adult friend of mine who has pretty severe executive function issues. She was diagnosed years earlier with ASD, specifically PDD-NOS.
