Hi I'm autistic too, I have issue with incontinence because my nerves do not send the right messages to by bladder muscle which I control with two sets of life long medication. I also find chewy things really helpful and a good proproceptive input.

It is not uncommon for some people with learning disabilities and autism experience incontinence. In respect of the pacifier does it help them relax? Is yes then that is ok!
