Autistic meltdown happened today.

I've had a good day today but had a meltdown early this evening with my mental health patient friend who was ringing perpetually on my intercom to my home and this left me all uncomfortable and quite overwhelmed. I am now watching Jaws: the revenge and earlier on shared some Glenn Miller songs on Facebook.

Think of how well you have done the rest of the day, I like music as well. May be someone who looks after your friend could explain that ringing your intercom time after time because of the noise you find it upsetting. It might also be difficult for them to understand as well. I am sure you don't want to loose your friendship. May be they were cross you did not answer and that upset them.

I am sure someone will help you explain this situation.

Hope you are having a better day today.
