Today not so good but im much better than i was,Right now i find it hard to cope with life but i do have appointment to see someone on the nhs to talk about my mental health tuesday may 19 so that a steady step for me to take.

Francesco just got this message, don't know why, so happy for you that you have someone to see, about how you are feeling,its a great step for you to take and also a very brave one, it can only get better for you now, or I should say in time, tell them everything about how you feel, its hard I know, but it gets easier. Sorry took so long to reply, been away, my parents were Irish, I was born here in UK London, but I live in kent now, I think it makes me what they call Irish descent. Annette
