What can I do to help relieve me from this terrible headache ?

I am suffering from a headache with dizziness, feeling hot & cold at times, with diorrreah.

It sounds as though you are suffering from the Sun. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water to help keep you hydrated (this is extra important as you will be losing water with diarrhoea). Drinking regularly should help to relieve the dizzy spells & some of the headache.

Along with drinking it is best to avoid being exposed to sun at the 'height' of the day (11am - 3pm) so wearing loose long sleeved clothing & a large sun hat if outdoors or staying inside if possible. If your skin does get burned then applying some 'after sun' lotion or suitable creams will help relieve the tenderness & itching (Sunburn can cause you to feel 'hot' or 'cold' suddenly as your skin reacts to the sun).
