Hi, my son is a full time wheelchair user and for a couple of years has suffered from sore itchy skin caused by a sweat rash from being sat in a wheelchair all the time. He's tried all the usual remedies and creams and advice from doctors and nothing helped, but we have just solved the problem overnight. He now uses Bepanthen cream which is a nappy rash cream sold in the baby aisle. It worked straight away and used daily he no longer gets any sore itchy iritated skin. After putting up with this for so long its such a relief. If anyone is suffering in the same way do try it, it really works.

Thanks for that! My mother (92) suffers from 'sitting sores' - and similarly I have tried all sorts - but have also found Colotrane to be effective.
Hi, Just looked up Conotrane cream, it seems to be a similar type of barrier cream which is certainly the answer to this problem. Wish I'd known to ask you months ago! I came across Bepanthen through endless google searching. I would have thought the GP's might have suggested this instead of the hydrocortisone type creams. But never mind we got there in the end,
Good! (GP's are pretty useless these days I find.... too worn down with admin and beaurocratic paper work poor things!
