Both my mother, and her brother, had aneurysms (hope spelling right). Could therebe a genetic link to Ataxia?

Hello wobblybee
I really don'y know the answer to that question. Sounds like a good one for the Drs Question and Answer session at the Conference next week though. Do you feel able to ask it at the conference? Alternatively you could e-mail it to research@ataxia.org.uk before the conference.

Fabulous!
Hello "wobbly",
you forgot to tag your question.
Is it ok by you if our Admins, Harry, tagged it ?

Hello Jurgen!
Feel free to have it tagged, I must have had a 'senior moment'!
I phoned this question into AtaxiaUK, so they could give a prepared
answer. At the question and answer session, I wasn't sure whether
it would be read out, or if I should ask it. Anyway, while I deliberated
over this, the session ran out of time!
