I've been talking to someone on 'Living With Ataxia' site forum who would like to join the AUK HealthUnlocked forum. She has just posted a message to me on LWA saying that she is unable to join as a message keeps appearing which says, 'Account has not been verified'.

Could you advise me on this for her thanks.

It seems that she didn't receive the verification email sent to the users when they join the community. Is there any way you could ask for her email address and send it to us through private message? Then, we'll be able to verify the account and she will have access to the community.
