When I'm feeling down I'll go out for a run in my scooter, usually to the town centre for a coffee. This usually helps me to overcome the possibility of becoming depressed. If its raining outside then I will look for a good programme on telly and watch it lying on my bed. I also have the complete Laurel and Hardy DVD boxset, most of which are colour enhanced. The comedy duo are so dumb and daft and they always put a smile on my face and make me laugh.

I love it! The old ones are the best! MY favourite is Only Fools and Horses. Del Boy never fails to cheer me up!

Hello HarryB

I muat confess to feeling low a lot lately. I didn't used to but since my operation I do.

To cheer myself up I look at a picture off my horse or I look at my dogs and cats, they always cheer me up.

I do love 'One foot in the grave'

Kindest regards

Carol

'Fawlty Towers' and 'Some mothers do have em' are another couple of funnies for me. I also like to cheer myself up playing game puzzles on the computer. I find them good for brain excercise. They keep me thinking.
