I was diagnosed ga last yr but got steadily worse since I have been very careful what I eat ( no cheating ) but worse symptoms

hold on in there, I was diagnosed two years ago by Professor Hadjivassiliou in Sheffield. A gf diet takes 12 to 18 months to do anything, after further test from him I am also on immune suppressants as not all people respond to just diet.

Send a question to the Ataxia nurses? I second Cupcake, it can take awhile, hang on in there, everyone is different. I improved within days but then not significantly after a while and am now taking immunosuppressants too. There are all sorts of reasons why you might not feel improved, sometimes it is not obvious. Ask the experts at Sheffield. They are wonderful.
