Is it normal to much more tired in the afternoon and evening then in the morning?

Yes I was told that by ataxia specialist neurologist about 15 years ago and it has certainly been the case for me.

I was constantly tired a few years ago and then I found out I had sleep apnea and that was my reason for the tiredness. As the days get hotter my fatigue and tiredness get worse.having a c pap machine has certainly helped with the tiredness.

Yes it is. because you are doing things which takes a lot of effort, i usually have a nap after lunch then carry on

Yes, I think it is. I do anything that I need to do in the mornings. Then I have a 2 hr rest, but even so I have found that I have to be careful what I do in the evenings otherwise I'm wiped out for the next few days. I don't usually do anything in the evenings now xx
