RADAR key

How do you legitimately apply for a RADAR key in Scotland? I know you can buy them from several online markets, but I disagree with that abuse.( I see that as the same as folk parking in disabled parking spaces when they don't need to.)

So how do you go about applying through proper channels?

Good morning, I bought my RADAR key from a mobility shop many years ago. I don't remember there being any checks about eligibility though. I agree there is a lot of abuse of usage, especially blue badge parking. Maybe there are different rules in Scotland if you require a RADAR key but a mobility shop would be my first port of call. I think the major difference is that it is probably not against the law to fraudulently use a RADAR key.
