Yes, I tried it but it did nothing for me. Luckily, I bought it second hand and soon sold it.

I have peripheral neuropathy, with pins and needles, hands and feet, creeping up my leg! I have repeatedly addressed this problem, over the last 5 years, with my family Doctor, and Neurologist! No tests, no answers, no solution’s!!

Snap no joy from consultant either, they must think we’re imagining it 😢xx mine has crept up my leg too, at first it was a tiny area in my foot

Hi, yes I have this, with no help. It seems worse in my left foot and my toes are a bit floppy. Sometimes I get what I can describe as bee sting like pains in my toes. I just try to keep them warm, as usually cold.

Suzie this is the same as me my feet are very cold especially in the evenings , no help from anyone. I think the medical profession thinks we’re making it up.

My restless legs do, my feet are ok if I put a hot water bottle on them. I do have trouble sleeping though, always moving my legs.

Gabapentin might help, I now have Amitriptyline in a low dose and it helps, ask your consultant. Not sleeping had an adverse affect on my abilities. I also rub Ibuprofen gel into my legs and take Mg (seaweed source) or eat lots of bananas when it gets bad.

Seaweed based magnesium! Some Mg is rock based and goes pretty much straight through you!

Hi all,

I seem to have this in my hands, but I started exercising my hands with stress balls and is helping me. In bed I feel cold from the waist down, I use socks and puting my legs up for about 10 minutes has also helped me. It may help somebody else.

Hi I have neurpathy in my feet, they are always cold except in the height of summer.

I have had ataxia of unknown type for 15 years. I don't suffer with pins and needles, just cold, I wear decent thermal socks to combat this.

high dosage omega or taking Barlean's Fresh Flaxseed Oil from Cold Pressed Flax Seeds - 7,640mg ALA Omega 3 Fatty helps. I feel it whenever I stop taking a dose. Staying active helps.

i used to get peripheral neuopathy that came on gradually, loss of feeling, legs felt like tree trunks dragging them about, very cold feet. Had nerve and muscle tests in feet and legs twice and all "normal". But obviously wasn't. All tests wete normal apart from MRI and antiamphiphysin antibodoes. Anybody else have these?

Self diagnosed gluten ataxia 2 years ago and very slowly feeling starting to come back.

That said blood supply is not good in my feet still. Don't know if this is lack of movement or/and ataxia. But whatever it does cause cold feet.

Hi there, I get the bee sting tupe jabbi g pain in my feet, and very cold feet and hands. My feet sometimes have zeri circulation esp in winter. I was on Gabapentim but now in a newer med which has improved it a bit called Pregabalin. I am always wearing extr socks in winter. Mine tend to play up when my feet are too hot or too cold. Sometimes it cones along with no reason, horrible if you're driving!
