Hi, I am newly diagnosed (since April) with Episodic Ataxia and had heard nothing about Ataxia until then. I have looked online and found out about the different types, the symptoms and how they are treated but what I would really like to know is how it progresses and how to live with it. I have (several) other conditions that I have learned to modify my life for as there has been information, advice and blogs on them. Bit I can't seem to find much on EA2. Any advice or communication would be gratefully received.

Hi welcome 🙂There is a specific Episodic Ataxia Support Group on Facebook..which has frequent posts re EA2..you’ll probably get more advice there.
At one point..it was speculated that I might have an Episodic type because of my pattern of symptoms but..I’m negative for current types.
