Hearing

Hi just out of curiosity, I have been diagnosed with EA2 ataxia been suffering from the condition and its challenges but just wondering if your hearing can be affected

No matter what type of ataxia..some people complain of ‘tinnitus’I have this myself..not a high pitched tone, more of a hum

You should go to an ENT. It may be something as simple as too much wax in your ears which can be scraped out.
