Hi Elizabeth, welcome 🙂 Bladder incontinence can be one our symptoms, I sometimes just make it in time myself.. I’ve seen several posts on the subject, and people mention various medications, even Botox injections, but I don’t recall Neditol. I hope it helps you 🙂

Dear Elizabethtracy

The generic name for Neditol is tolterodine. Ataxia UK has written Medical Guidelines aimed at Health Professionals to help with diagnosis and management of people with ataxia. Within these there are symptoms that people with ataxia may experience, and the best way to manage them. One of the symptoms is an overactive bladder for which one option of management is to try tolterodine.

As neditol/tolterodine is recommended by ataxia specialists for use in patients with ataxia, I hope this is reassuring to you.

Best wishes

Harriet
