Just healthy one with vitamin and mineral supplements. No bread, potatoes or pasta to keep weight downX

I am reducing gluten related foods which I find to helps also from time to time I swap normal milk to oat milk or almond.

Yes I am on a very restricted diet. Gluten free and now dairy free and rice free following a private blood test.My advice is, if you are going to do it then just cutting down on gluten isn't enough, you need to completely eliminate gluten. You will have positive signs that gluten is maybe your problem if you do this.

My experience is doctors and neurologists are not up to speed and don't know enough or believe in this. Do the research.

Check out the Sheffield ataxia clinic, and coeliac UK website. Then go with your instinct.
