Handy around the house - Spillnot Cup Holder

I recently ordered one of these:

The Spillnot Cup Holder

It's really handy, thought I'd share here. Not only does it avoid spillages around the house, but it also makes it easier to walk (and focus on navigating around the house).

There's plenty of reviews and examples online e.g. YouTube.

(Note: I'm not affiliated with the company that makes the Spillnot, I'm just an interested user and thought it may be of interest to some people here!)

Edit: I just remember where I got the suggestion for one of these! One of the guys on the August 'All About Ataxia' session with Ataxia UK mentioned it - I can't remember his name though)

They are brilliant. I’ve posted about them before. One of the first symptoms of FA for me was that I couldn’t carry a cup of tea without spilling it. 12 years on from diagnosis I can- as long as I use my trusty spillnot- and no, I don’t work for them either 😃

I've had one for about 2 years now. They are absolutely brilliant. Nice to see others discovering this.

Cheers.
